Any Priority banking customer who maintains an average FUM^ of INR 2.5 Cr and above will get access to the Enhanced Priority Program. Once you maintain the required FUM, the applicable privileges will automatically be enabled for you.
^FUM (Funds Under Management) includes anyone, or the combination of the following products from the Bank: Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, Investments made through the Bank, Life-to-date (total) paid-up life insurance premium for policies in force, market value of demat holdings in the depository account held with Standard Chartered Bank.

Once you become eligible for the Priority Banking program, bank will send you an email invite for upgrading your relationship with Standard Chartered. Post your consent for the upgrade, you will get full access to the program. Alternatively, you can also contact your RM or call our Customer Care center and request for an upgrade.
Post your consent, the account upgrade will take up to 10 working days to reflect. You will receive an email notification from the bank once the upgrade has been processed.

Prior to the checkout, you will need to authenticate the transaction via a penny drop using your eligible Standard Chartered Bank Card. A refundable amount of INR 2 will be deducted from your account/card during the penny drop. Post a successful transaction, the same amount will be refunded back to your account/card.
