Register or update email address on Online Banking

Step 1

Select 'Profile' located under your name tab.

Step 2

Register or update your email address by clicking 'Edit' under Contact Details.

Step 3

Click 'Review' to submit the request.

Step 4

Request submitted and you will be notified once processed successfully.

Subscribe eStatements on Online Banking

Step 1

Select 'eStatements & eAdvices' located under your name tab.

Step 2

Select 'Subscriptions'.

Step 3

Choose the statement type you want to update and select 'Change Subscription' to choose your delivery.

Step 4

Enter a secure password to view your eStatements. Then accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.

Step 5

It's done! Your eStatements will be available in the next statement cycle.
