Secure way to pay

Conveniently activate your card and set your 6-digit PIN via the SC Mobile Banking app.

  • Download the SC Mobile Banking app and register/login
  • Select “Help & Services” from the drop-down menu.
  • Select “Credit Card Activation & PIN Set”.
  • Enter a 6-digit PIN
  • Your card has been activated and is ready to use.

Download the SC Mobile Banking app and register/login

STEP 2

Select “Help & Services” from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3

Select “Credit Card Activation & PIN Set”.

STEP 4

Create a 6-digit PIN and confirm the activation by entering your SC Mobile Key PIN.

STEP 5

Your card has been activated and is ready to use.

How to activate and set PIN?

ONLINE BANKING

  1. New to Online Banking? You need: Temporary ID (Sent to your email) and Temporary Password (Sent via SMS).
  2. Please call our Client Care Centre at 1300 888 888 or +603-7711 8888 or visit the nearest SCB branch if you did not receive your Temporary ID and/or Temporary Password
MOBILE BANKING

  1. A Digital Card will be available in Online Banking / SC Mobile while waiting for your physical card
  2. Activate digital card to perform online purchases
  3. Add card to Apple Pay / Samsung Pay to pay offline
PIN & PAY

  1. Create your 6-digit PIN once you receive your physical card
  2. Your card will be activated once PIN is created successfully
  3. First offline transaction must be PIN authorised in order to enable contactless feature
CONTACTLESS

  2. Enables you to make payments with just a tap on terminal
  3. No PIN is required for contactless transactions below RM250
