Report a Lost or Stolen Card, Request for Card Replacement &  Reset your PIN

Report a lost or stolen card

To report lost/stolen card, you may log in to Online Banking or SC Mobile to:

STEPS
DESCRIPTION
Step 1: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 2: Select “Report Lost/Stolen Card”
Step 3: Choose the reason for blocking the card
Step 4: Select the desired card(s) to block and click “Next”
Step 5: Click “Confirm” to place the request
Step 6: Upon completion, your card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to your registered mailing address
Request for card replacement

If you wish to request for a card replacement, you may login to Online Banking and SC Mobile to:

Step 1: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 2: Card Management” and choose “Replace card
Step 3: Select the desired card(s) and click “Next”
Step 4: Click “Confirm” to place the request
Step 5: Upon completion, a replacement card will sent to your registered mailing address.
Reset your PIN

If you wish to reset your PIN, you may login to Online Banking and SC Mobile to

STEPS
DESCRIPTION
Step 1: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 2: Select “Credit Card PIN Change” or “Debit/ATM Card PIN Change”
Step 3: Select the desired card(s) and click “Next”
Step 4: Enter new 6-digit PIN for your selected card
Step 5: Re-enter your 6-digit PIN, then click ‘Next’
Step 6: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, then click ‘Next’
Congratulations! Your PIN is now successfully changed.
Credit Card Transaction Dispute

Resolve disputes over your credit card transactions.

STEPS
DESCRIPTION
Step 1: Go to “Help & Services”
Step 2: Select “Credit Card Transaction Dispute”
Step 3: Select the desired card(s) and click “Next”
Step 4: Tell us about the problem and select the transaction(s) with an issue.
Step 5: Provide more details and upload your evidence, then click ‘Next’
Step 6: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, then click ‘Next’
We will notify you via email and SMS when the request has been processed. For transactions which required investigation, it may take up to 180 days for resolution.

You must also within 7 calendar days of the Bank’s request, provide a copy of a police report of the loss and/or theft and/or the disclosure of the PIN.
