Step 1: | Go to “Help & Services” |
Step 2: | Select “Report Lost/Stolen Card” |
Step 3: | Choose the reason for blocking the card |
Step 4: | Select the desired card(s) to block and click “Next” |
Step 5: | Click “Confirm” to place the request |
Step 6: | Upon completion, your card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to your registered mailing address |
If you wish to request for a card replacement, you may login to Online Banking and SC Mobile to:

Step 3: | Select the desired card(s) and click “Next” |
Step 4: | Click “Confirm” to place the request |

Step 2: | Select “Credit Card PIN Change” or “Debit/ATM Card PIN Change” |
Step 3: | Select the desired card(s) and click “Next” |
Step 4: | Enter new 6-digit PIN for your selected card |
Step 5: | Re-enter your 6-digit PIN, then click ‘Next’ |
Step 6: | Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, then click ‘Next’ |
Congratulations! Your PIN is now successfully changed. |
Resolve disputes over your credit card transactions. Please submit your dispute within 30 days from the statement date.

Step 3: | Select the desired card(s) and click “Next” |
Step 4: | Tell us about the problem and select the transaction(s) with an issue. |
Step 5: | Provide more details and upload your evidence, then click ‘Next’ |
We will notify you via email and SMS when the request has been processed. For transactions which required investigation, it may take up to 180 days for resolution.
You must also within 7 calendar days of the Bank’s request, provide a copy of a police report of the loss and/or theft and/or the disclosure of the PIN. |
