How to be eligible for Green Mortgage Preferential rates?
You will enjoy a preferential interest/rental rate when you apply for a Standard Chartered Green
Mortgage for residential properties that are certified green with:
• a Green Building Index (GBI) with a “Platinum” or “Gold” rating, or
• a GreenRE with a “Platinum” or “Gold” rating, or
• a BCA Green Mark with a “Platinum” or “Gold” rating.
• The “Platinum” or “Gold” rating must still be valid for a minimum of six (6) months after the application date, as reflected in the respective
Green Building Index (GBI), GreenRE and BCA Green Mark building directories.
