Online Bill Payment Campaign 2025 (28 April 2025 – 31 May 2025) Terms and Conditions

Campaign
1. The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (“SCBMB”) and Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad (“SCSB”) (SCBMB and SCSB shall collectively be known as “the Bank”) Online Bill Payment Campaign 2025 (“Campaign”) will run from 28 April 2025 to 31 May 2025, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).

2. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions below.

Eligibility
3. The Campaign is only open to clients who have registered to use Standard Chartered Online Banking or SC Mobile app and who have received communication from us to participate in this Campaign through electronic direct mailer (EDM), short messaging system (SMS) and/or push notification (PN) (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Clients”).

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the invitation stated in clause 3 above is not transferable by the Eligible Clients to any other parties.
5. Each Eligible Client is entitled to only one (1) Reward (as defined below) throughout the Campaign Period.

Campaign Mechanics
6. An Eligible Client who makes a payment via FPX, JomPAY or Direct Debit transaction to any one of the merchants listed in Table A below during the Campaign Period will receive a Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM 10 (“Reward” or “Reload PIN”).

7. Each Eligible Client is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Reward only under this Campaign. Upon meeting all the conditions set out in Clause 6, Eligible Clients who are entitled to receive the Reward will be notified via SMS/push notification/email within 60 days after the end of the Campaign Period.

Terms and conditions of the Reward
8. Successful Eligible Clients will receive one (1) allocated unique Reward via SMS to their registered Malaysian mobile number or via email to their email address as maintained in the Bank’s system within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of Campaign Period.

9. The Reload PIN has a validity period of minimum six (6) months from the date it is delivered to the Eligible Client. The Bank shall not be responsible for any expired, lost or stolen Reload PIN and thus will not extend, replace nor regenerate the Reload PIN once it is expired.

10. The Bank will not entertain any request to change or transfer the Reward.

11. If the Bank discovers at any time that the Eligible Client fail to satisfy the requirements under this Campaign, the Eligible Client will lose his/her entitlement to the Reward and will not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

12. Eligible Clients acknowledge that their usage of the Reload PIN shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions imposed by Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd and/or TNG Digital Sdn Bhd. By participating in this Campaign and using the Reload PIN, all Eligible Clients agree to comply with such terms and conditions (as may be updated), which are available on websites maintained by Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd and/or TNG Digital Sdn Bhd .

13. The Bank reserves the right at any time to replace the Reward with another reward of similar value.

General
14. The Bank’s records of details and transactions are final and conclusive for the purposes of this Campaign.

15. The Bank’s decisions relating to this Campaign are final and binding. If any matters, disputes or claims arise which are not covered in these terms and conditions, they will be determined solely by the Bank.

16. The Bank may vary any of these terms and conditions and extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on the Bank’s website at sc.com/my.

17. By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Clients:
a) agree to participate in any interviews, prize giving ceremony or other publicity events required by the Bank;
b) consent for the Bank to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that the Bank sees fit about the participants or their account(s) in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
c) grant the Bank the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and/or publish any still or moving image of the participants for any campaign, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

18. The Campaign and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The Eligible Clients agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
