Change of DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd payment service effective from 31 May 2018

Please be informed that with effect from 31 May 2018 Online Bill Payment services to DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd will be discontinued (including scheduled payments if any). Thus, your existing payee and scheduled payment will not be valid from this date onwards. Please remove DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd payee list by taking the following steps:

 

Step 1: To remove scheduled payment:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click Payments / Transfers History
  3. Click Delete at DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd scheduled transaction
  4. Confirm delete scheduled payment

 

Step 2: To remove existing registered payee:

  1. Click Payments and Transfers
  2. Click 3rd Party Funds Transfer / Bills Payment
  3. Click Add a new bill payment payee
  4. Find DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd
  5. Click remove
  6. Confirm deleted existing registered payee

 

Alternatively, you can continue making your payment via JomPAY service as the new mode of payment for your DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd bills. To avoid payment disruption, you may update DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd bill payment settings (DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd biller code is 1016).
