Please be informed that with effect from 1 September 2017, Online Bill Payment will discontinue any payments (including scheduled payments if any) to ASTRO. Thus, your existing payee and scheduled payment will not be valid from this date onwards. Please remove the payee list by taking the following steps / by following the steps below:
Step 1: To remove scheduled payment:
Log in to Online Banking
Click Payments / Transfers History
Click Delete at ASTRO scheduled transaction
Confirm delete scheduled payment
Step 2: To remove existing registered payee:
Click Payments and Transfers
Click 3rd Party Funds Transfer / Bills Payment
Click Add a new bill payment payee
Find ASTRO
Click remove
Confirm deleted existing registered payee
You are advised to use your JomPAY service as the new mode of payment for your ASTRO bills. Please refer to you ASTRO bills for JomPAY information.
