With effect from 17 February 2020, client will be charged RM3 for each Basic Staff Assisted Services made through our Client Care Centre.
The following Basic Staff Assisted Services will be charged.

Savings and Current Account | Static Data Change (those available in Online Banking at Update Profile Details) |
Current Account | Cheque Book request (individual client only) |
Credit Card | Credit Balance Refund (credit the Standard Chartered Savings and Current Account only) |
Credit Card | Credit card replacement (for damaged card replacement) |
Note: Credit card is not applicable for Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad
However, the following clients will be exempted:
We are encouraging all clients to perform these services via our digital channels namely, Online Banking and SC Mobile. These channels promote hassle-free banking and you can access these services easily, anytime, anywhere. There will not be any fees imposed for using these online channels.
The service fee of RM3 will be debited on the same working day upon completion of the Basic Staff Assisted Services.
Yes, the exemption is only applicable for primary accountholder.
No, the RM3 fee will be applied to principal credit cardholders only. Furthermore, supplementary cardholders are not authorised to enquire or request on behalf of the cardholder.
