New Cheque Image Retrieval Service Fees

Kindly be informed that the imposition of the following service fees for cheque image retrieval service will be effective from 7th  November 2016:

  • RM11.66* – Where the retrieval does not involve the service of the Bank’s external vendor
  •  RM31.80* – Where the retrieval involves the service of the Bank’s external vendor
