*Hibah is an act of giving and it refers to a transfer of ownership from a donor (Wahib) to a recipient (Mawhub Iahu) without any consideration. By virtue of Schedule 10 of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, customer/participant may nominate an individual to receive the Takaful benefits either as an executor or as a beneficiary under the conditional Hibah.
