Terms & Conditions excerpt – Standard Chartered Mid-Year Spend & Win Campaign 2022

  1. The Standard Chartered Mid-Year Spend & Win Campaign 2022 (“Campaign”) is open to credit cardholders of any credit card (other than corporate cards) issued by Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (“SCBMB Cards”). For the Grand Prize, employees of Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad, Standard Chartered Global Business Services Sdn Bhd, Price Solutions Sdn Bhd and all its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
  2. The Campaign commences on 15 July 2022 and ends on 15 September 2022, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
  3. The Campaign comprises of 96,964 Daily Cashback Prize (worth RM490,900 in total) of RM5, and RM100 and Grand Prize, one (1) unit of RM100,000 Travel voucher.
  4. To participate in the Campaign, Eligible Cardholders must successfully register their SCBMB Cards through Short Messaging Service (SMS) within the Campaign Period and spend a minimum of RM100 (“Minimum Spend Criteria”) in a single transaction (either local or overseas spend) using their SCBMB Cards within the Campaign Period (“Eligible Transaction”).
  5. Each Eligible Cardholder will only receive one (1) link in one (1) SMS with every Eligible Transaction made. Each link will only be valid from 00:00 15 July 2022 to 23:59 15 September 2022, whereby Eligible Cardholder can only access the link during the stipulated period as above.
  6. Eligible Cardholders are required to click on the link in the SMS to play a game which will then confirm if the Eligible Transaction done is entitle for any Daily Cashback Prize. To play the game, internet connectivity is required.
  7. Eligible Transaction charged to the supplementary cardholders will be counted as an Eligible Transaction made by the principal cardholder for the purposes of this Campaign and SMS will only be sent to principal cardholder to play the game.
  8. To qualify for the Grand Prize, every RM100 Eligible Transaction will earn the Eligible Cardholders entries to be in the running to win the Grand Prize at the end of the Campaign Period.
  9. One (1) Eligible Cardholder will be selected as the Grand Prize winner at the end of the Campaign Period.
  10. The Grand Prize is subject to the individual merchant’s Terms and Conditions, which in this case is Corporate Information Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“CIT”). Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad is not an agent of the merchant and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and /or services provided.
