1 Standard Chartered Saadiq purchases commodities from approved brokers
2 Commodities purchased will be sold to you at a price that includes a fixed profit margin, on a deferred payment basis
3 Once the sale is complete, Standard Chartered Saadiq will act as your agent to sell the commodities to approved brokers
4 The proceeds from the transaction will then be deposited into your designated Saadiq account

ELIGIBILITY

  • Minimum business vintage of 3 years
  • Applicant must be a company registered in Malaysia
  • At least 51% Malaysia owned

    permanent residence is not accepted

  • Age of directors/shareholders/managing director

    Minimum: 25 years old

    Maximum: 65 years old(at the point of Financing maturity)

  • Partenerships
    • Identification document of all partners
    • Form D and Partnership Deed
    • Latest 6 months statement of main operating account
    • latest income tax form(Form B/BE) for all partners
    • Professional certificate (if applicable)
  • Company
    • National Registration identity Card(s) of directors/shareholders/guarantor
    • Board of directors resolution
    • Memorandum and articles of association/Constitution or Confirmation under Section 31(3) of Companies act 2016
    • Certificate of incorporation (Form 9)/ Form under section 15
    • Form 24 / Form Under section 78, Form 44/ Form Under section 46(3), Form 49/Form Under Section 58
    • Latest 6 months bank statements of all major operating accounts
    • Latest income tax form(Form B) of directors/shareholders/guarantor (if necessary)
    • Latest audited financial statements
    • Personal guarantee(s) signed by director(s)/shareholder(s)/Key Person
