After login to SC Mobile App, go to ‘Pay & Transfer’ and select ‘SC Pay (FPS) & Local Transfer’ then ‘Mobile / Email / FPS ID’

Input the FPS-registered Hong Kong mobile number with WeChat Pay HK as in Step 1
If WeChat Pay HK is the FPS default recipient, please choose “Default bank”. Otherwise, please select “Specific bank” then “[931] WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited”

Input amount and payment description (optional)

You can also choose to top up using current/savings account or credit card

Review details then swipe to confirm top-up

Select “Add Bank Card or Bank Account” and choose “(003) Standard Chartered Bank (HK)” from bank accounts

Fill in bank account information

Login to Online Banking and add local account payee with the below highlighted information: Account No. and Payee name
After adding payee, make a local account fund transfer from the bank account as in Step 3 to WeChat Pay HK account for authentication

Step 1

Select “Add Bank Card or Bank Account” and choose “(003) Standard Chartered Bank (HK)” from bank accounts
