Xie Wen joined Standard Chartered Bank in 1997. Over the last 27 years with the Bank, she has advanced her career through leadership positions in both Risk Management and Business Development across markets and regions. She has held multiple senior roles, such as the Country Chief Risk Officer for Singapore, the Country Chief Risk Officer for China, the Chief Risk Officer for the retail business in East Asia, as well as the Country Head of Commercial Banking in China, the CO-Head of Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banking in China, and currently as the Global Head of SME Banking.
Xie Wen graduated from National University of Singapore with a Ph.D. degree in Industrial and System Engineering. She also holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Xi’an JIAOTONG University.
Head of Affluent Segment and Distribution, Standard Chartered Hong Kong
Eliza Law is currently Managing Director and Head of Affluent Segment & Distribution at Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing all branches, international banking hub and wealth centres in Hong Kong.
She started in Standard Chartered as a Management Trainee. Through the 20 years, she worked in various functions within Standard Chartered Group. She has covered product development in Wealth Management, affluent segment strategies, partnerships, sales management and human resources in her previous roles and has worked in various locations including Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
Eliza rejoined the bank after her 3 years with Mox Bank Limited, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong Limited where she was the Chief People Officer.
Eliza holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School, Shanghai and a BBA from the University of Hong Kong.

She is a passionate advocate for investor protection and drives meaningful change by highlighting the stewardship practices of asset managers, insurers, pension providers, and public companies.
Through BlueOnion, Elsa inspires financial institutions to adopt ethical practices to address global challenges like climate change and social injustice, enabling investors to achieve optimal returns with integrity.

Doug is Founder and Managing Partner of Braxton Capital responsible for formulating and executing the firm’s investment strategies in Asia across three key pillars (Impact, Insurance, and Health).
Over the past 30 years Doug has built a wealth of experience in Investing, Strategy, M&A, and Private Equity through global leadership positions with AIG, AIA, and Deloitte Consulting.
Doug earned his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his BS in Industrial Management with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
