Migration of Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and Book Transfer (BT) are being implemented in phases. If you have received our previous communication informing you of the migration of RTGS, TT, BT services to our payment platform SC Pay on 29 November 2023, we regret to inform you:

1. All inwards RTGS and BT cross currency transactions are currently being rejected while outwards RTGS and BT cross currency transactions are still being processed but might have delays on the processing time.
2. The migration of TT service will be delayed until further notice while the migration of RTGS and BT services remain effective as of 29 November 2023. TT service is still being processed in the original system until its migration.

The timeline for the availability of RTGS and BT cross currency transactions and migration date of TT service will be further communicated to you in due course.
