  • It is a concierge service delivered by TEN lifestyles, which is a third-party vendor of the bank. It offers access to global lifestyle privileges including travel, gourmet dining and entertainment.

  • Priority Private Global Concierge is complimentary for eligible Priority Private Clients who maintain at least HKD 8 million Total Balance with the bank or Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private Cardholders.

    However, you will be responsible for any charges incurred from your booking / purchase via Priority Private Global Concierge and the amount will be advised to you by the Concierge before you proceed with the purchase.

  • Priority Private Global Concierge is an upgraded version of the Priority Private Concierge. It has a comprehensive digital platform which allows you to browse through a wide range of lifestyle privileges.

  • The membership will last as long as you are an eligible Priority Private Client with HKD 8 million Total Balance with the bank or a Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private cardholder. Your concierge eligibility will be reviewed monthly.

  3. Services for Priority Private Global Concierge are provided by Ten Lifestyle Management Limited, Fitzroy House, 355 Euston Road, London NW1 3AL (hitherto referred to as “Ten”). Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (hereto referred to as “the Bank”) has engaged Ten to provide concierge services to its eligible clients. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services provided by Ten, including, without limitation, their quality, supply and descriptions, and any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the products and/or services provided by Ten, its employees, officers or agents. As a Standard Chartered Priority Private Client eligible for the Priority Private Global Concierge service, your use of the service is subject to separate terms and conditions of Ten.
  4. For membership to Priority Private Global Concierge, you are required to be a Standard Chartered Priority Private client and maintain your Total Balance with the Bank of at least HKD 8 million at all times or a Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private cardholder. Membership eligibility will be reviewed monthly. Membership to the Priority Private Global Concierge may be terminated at any time once the client ceases to be a Standard Chartered Priority Private or Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private cardholder.
