Terms and Conditions for HelperSurance 4.0

Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period is between 2 Apr 2024 and 2 Jul 2024 (both days inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. HelperSurance 4.0 is underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (“MSIG”) which is a general insurer authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the HKSAR. Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) is an insurance agent appointed by MSIG. To the extent permissible by law, the Bank shall not be liable to any person for the use of any of the information provided by MSIG.
  3. The promotional offer is available to all clients upon successful application and payment made for and be issued with HelperSurance 4.0 of MSIG during the Promotion Period (“New Purchase”) through the Bank (“Eligible Client”).
  4. An Eligible Client will be entitled to 25% premium discount for HelperSurance 4.0.
  5. The premium discount for HelperSurance 4.0 is only applicable to the first-year premium of the policy.
  6. These terms and conditions apply to the promotion offer for HelperSurance 4.0 only and no reference has been made to any other MSIG insurance policy or any coverage or content thereunder. Customers must read, understand and agree to the terms of all insurance policies before applying for the relevant insurance.
  7. The Bank and MSIG reserve the right to alter or terminate the promotion offer and/or amend its terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  8. All matters or disputes in relation to the promotion offer and the interpretation of its terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of the Bank and MSIG, which shall be final and binding.
  9. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions and any details of the promotion, the English version shall prevail.
