    3. Offer Period: Offer valid on every Wednesday from 6 Jul 2022 to 28 Sep 2022
    4. Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit/debit card & CC EMI transactions
    5. Non Eligibility: NRE Account Holder & NRO account holders

    2. Under the offer all Standard Chartered Credit & Debit Card holders (“Cardholders”) can avail Instant Discount on Domestic & International flight Bookings
    3. To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon MMTSCBin the E-Coupon field
    4. This offer is available only on Standard Chartered Bank Debit & Credit cards & Credit Card EMI transactions.
    5. Offer is valid only once per card in a calendar month during the offer period
    6. This offer is valid only on online confirmed Standard Chartered Bank Cards Transaction on Domestic & International flights made through MMT.com & mobile app.
    7. No other Standard Chartered Bank and MMT offer can be clubbed with this offer
    8. Offer is not applicable on any other payment mode such as wallet, Book Now Pay Later mode or partial payments.

The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
    2. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis

    5. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
    6. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only
    7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
    8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
    9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
