Standard Chartered Bank appoints Mahendra Gursahani as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia KUALA LUMPUR, 17 February 2015 – Standard Chartered Bank (the Bank) today announced the appointment of Mahendra Gursahani as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) for Malaysia. Mahendra’s career with Standard Chartered Bank began over 20 years ago and spans across the Bank’s businesses in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and Americas.Mahendra’s experience includes Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management, Asset Management, Audit, Risk and Finance.

Lim Cheng Teck, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank, ASEAN said:
