There is a fees of RM50 for this request.

You are required to credit the amount stated in your Redemption Statement into the surplus account or your SI account for debiting.

Once you have credited the amount into the selected account, you are required to inform the bank on the availability of the fund.

Client needs to appoint the lawyer for the discharge process after the loan/financing is fully redeemed.

There is only RM50 cost for the Redemption Statement request.

After the loan/financing is fully redeemed and the appointed lawyer contacted the bank to release the document for the discharged. It depends on the appointed lawyer processing.
