  • * Same-day cumulative net spending amount is calculated based on a maximum of 2 Eligible Transactions which are fully settled by the same Eligible Card on the same day with a spending amount of at least HKD100 for each Eligible Transaction. Each Eligible Transaction can only be counted once for the purpose of calculating the same-day cumulative net spending amount.

  • Redemption counter location: LG2 Concierge.
  • Redemption date and time: 20 January to 28 February 2026, 12pm to 9pm. Please redeem the Offer on the spending date in person and present a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID, the original same-day merchant receipt, corresponding designated electronic payment receipts and identity document at the redemption location, and will be valid until 30 April 2026. Late redemption is not accepted.
  • Redemption by staff of outlets at the mall and other persons on behalf of you will NOT be accepted.

Remarks:

  1. All offers are first-come-first-served, while stock lasts.
  2. Each cardholder can enjoy either Offer 1(a) or 1(b) once every day.
  3. All offers are applicable to Mobile Payment Purchase (including Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay), but NOT applicable to the transactions made via any e-wallets (including but not limited to Alipay and WeChat that are ineligible).
