How to transfer money using an Account Number & the IFSC code?

  • Login to sc.com/in and click on Transfer.
  • Select 3rd Party Transfer & select beneficiary.
  • Select “IMPS” as transfer mode.
  • Enter other details & accept T&C for transfer.
  • Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.
  • Transaction completed and confirmation SMS received.

How to transfer money using Mobile Number and Mobile Money MMID?

  • Login to sc.com/in and click on Transfer.
  • Select 3rd Party Transfer & select beneficiary with MMID.
  • Select Transfer Funds through IMPS using Mobile Number and MMID
  • Enter other details & accept T&C for transfer.
  • Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.
  • Transaction completed and confirmation SMS received.

What is MMID?

Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) is a 7 digit code issued by a participating bank to their Mobile Banking registered customers for availing IMPS service as a beneficiary. Every account will have a unique MMID.
If you wish to receive funds using this mode, you need to generate a MMID for your account.

How to generate your MMID?

Online Banking
Login to www.sc.com/in >> Click on Transfer >> Manage MMID on your left hand side menu bar >> select the account for which MMID needs to be generated >> click on Setup MMID.

Mobile Banking
Login to SC Mobile >> Click on Move >> Manage MMID on your left hand side menu bar >> select the account for which MMID needs to be generated >> click on Setup MMID.
