  • # What is this facility: Video banking facility offers a face to face interaction between existing and new client/prospect and Standard Chartered Bank Video Banking Consultant. All conversation vide this facility will be recorded for training, quality monitoring and archival purposes # Time of this facility: Video Banking facility is only available between Monday to Friday from 900 hrs to 1800 hrs IST (excluding public holidays) # Where is it available/how can it be accessed & Who can avail– Video Baking facility is enabled on Bank public website on the web page designed for Priority and Premium Banking. However the facility extends service to all segments. It can be accessed by clicking the ‘video banking’ icon. The facility is availed for both existing and new to bank clients/prospects. # Type of queries addressed vide Video Banking Facility: Video banking provides information of products offered by the Bank as well as provides service to our existing Retail Banking client* for all enquiries, requests and complaints. *- Please note that currently we don’t support wealth related queries via this facility .You are requested to contact your relationsip manager/nearest branch for details. – For Non resident customers, we only offer enquiry option on products/services availed. – Please note that certain services which may not be fulfilled due limitation of service offering as per bank’s policy and local regulation. – In an event a customer/prospect shows interest in availing a Bank product, your details as provided during the conversation will be shared with an internal/outsourced authorised agent of the Bank who shall contact you on the same subject to you not being registered under Do not Call/ NCPR as defined by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, (TRAI).
