  • This Scheme is valid for Standard Chartered Bank (“Bank”) customers in India only, and at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  • The customers of Standard Chartered Bank who are eligible are not bound in any way to participate. Any participation is voluntary. There is no compensation for participation in the Scheme under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • The Bank will have the sole discretion to determine who qualifies as an eligible customer, as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Bank in this regard, and the bank’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the participating customers.
  • The customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. The customers are required to and shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein. Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the customer loan agreements. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation to the terms of the loan agreement and in the event of conflict the terms of loan agreement will prevail over the scheme terms.
  • Please note that the timelines of Loan disbursal within 3-4 days is indicative and that it is subject to Bank’s due diligence and requirements being fulfilled by the customer to the satisfaction of the Bank.
  • This is a limited period offer and the Bank reserves the right to amend/modify/cancel/withdraw this Scheme and/or the terms and conditions applicable at any time without any prior notice.
