1. When will my Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card get de-activated?
A. Your Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card will get de-activated by 31st December, 2023 (provided you are not overdue on payments for the card).

2. Which variants of Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card will be closed?
A. All clients holding Standard Chartered Bandhan One, Bandhan Plus and Bandhan Xclusive variants will have their credit cards de-activated as per the mentioned dates.

3. Who all are eligible for a Rewards Credit Card?
A. All Standard Chartered Bandhan Bank Cardholders who do not have any payment overdue or are not holding any other Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card will receive a Standard Chartered Rewards Credit Card, as a replacement for the Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card.

5. What will be the credit limit of my Rewards Credit Card?
A. Your credit limit on your Rewards Credit Card will be the same as that on your Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card.

6. When will I receive the new Rewards Credit Card?
A. The Rewards Credit Card will be dispatched to your registered mailing address within 30 days of the Email and SMS communication sent to you regarding de-activation of your Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card.

7. Where will the new Rewards Credit Card be delivered?
A. The new Rewards Credit Card will be delivered to your registered mailing address with the Bank.

8. What will happen if my address is different from the earlier registered mailing address against my Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card?
A. To update your ‘mailing address’, you can follow a few simple steps:
Step 1: Login to your Internet Banking/SC Mobile app:
Step 2: Go to ‘Update Profile Details’ from the list of links on the left
Step 3: Update Office Address or Permanent Address as per your latest details
Step 4: Edit ‘Mailing Address’ and change to ‘Permanent/Office’ address where you want your card to be delivered
Step 5: Review and Save the changes

9. What will happen to the reward points earned on my Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card?
A. All unredeemed reward points on Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card will be transferred to your Rewards Credit Card, if you are eligible for Rewards Credit Card (refer to Point 3 for eligibility), within 10 days of de-activation of your Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card. If you are not eligible for Rewards Credit Card since you already hold another Standard Chartered Credit Card (except Smart Credit Card) and do not have any payment overdue, an equivalent value of reward points of your unredeemed reward points on Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card will be transferred to your other active Credit Card within 10 days of de-activation of your Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card.

10. What happens if I am eligible for Rewards Credit Card but the same remains undelivered till 31st December, 2023?
A. In case your Rewards Credit Card is not delivered by 31/12/2023, you can redeem your accrued reward points till 31/12/2023, failing which your reward points will be lapsed.

11. How can I contact the Bank in case of any query or request with regards to Standard Chartered Credit Card?
A. Please call Phone Banking for any query or request with respect to your Standard Chartered Credit Card.

12. What will happen if I am overdue on my payments for Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card?
A. Your Standard Chartered Bandhan Bank Credit Card will not be de-activated till the time you have cleared all the outstanding payments and the Bank shall be entitled to exercise its rights as per the card agreement executed with you. Moreover, all clients having payments overdue will not be eligible for Rewards Credit Card or will be able to redeem reward points accrued on their Standard Chartered Bandhan Credit Card.
