  1. 1. The Offer is applicable to Standard Chartered Bank clients eligible for pre-approved and pre-qualified credit cards only. Pre-approval/qualification is based on Bank’s internal policies and procedures
    2. The Offer is not applicable for add-on credit cards or supplementary credit cards or existing credit card customers of Standard Chartered Bank

Program	Pre-Approved and Pre-Qualified Credit Card Program via Online Banking, SC Mobile, Contact Centre, Branch and any Outbound calling channel
Offer	Apply Now and get Amazon Pay Gift Cards worth Rs 1,000. On Minimum Single Transaction of Rs 1000 within 30 days of the credit card setup
Offer Period	Pre-approved or pre-qualified credit card applied and issued within 07 AUG 2021 12:00:00 AM – 07 AUG 2022 11:59:59 PM will only be considered for this offer.
Transaction Exclusion	1. For the customer to qualify for the Rs 1,000 worth Amazon Pay Gift Cards a minimum transaction (excluding fee payments and cash withdrawals) of Rs 1,000 has to be incurred on the issued Standard Chartered credit card. 2. Any transaction qualifying for the joining benefit against payment of joining fee will not be considered for fulfilling this offer.
Fulfilment timeline	Within 60 days from the transaction date. The bank will send the Amazon Pay Gift Cards to the registered mobile number or to the registered E-mail address of the clients meeting the Offer terms.

General Terms and Conditions
1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
2. The Offer is not applicable for add-on credit cards or supplementary credit cards or existing credit card customers of Standard Chartered Bank.
3. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer. The bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date
4. For the customer to qualify for the Rs 1,000 worth Amazon Pay Gift Cards, a minimum transaction (excluding fee payments and cash withdrawals) of Rs 1,000 has to be incurred on the issued Standard Chartered credit card within 30 days of the credit card setup. Additionally, any transaction qualifying for the joining benefit against payment of joining fee will not be considered for fulfilling this Offer. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
5. The Offer is non-transferable
6. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
7. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
8. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the offer. The qualified clients shall be intimated by the Bank through email, sms, call, internet banking, mobile banking only
9. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
10. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
