Third Party Fund Transfers

Check frequently asked questions related to how to transfer funds to a third party

  • FAQs
      • Follow the steps given below to transfer funds to third party through:
        Online Banking
        Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
        Step 2: Select “Transfers” from the left-hand side menu
        Step 3: Go to “Third Party Transfers”
        Step 4: Select “Add a new funds transfer payee”
        Step 5 : Enter payee details like payee type, payee name, and payee account number
        Step 6: Enter Transaction Password and enter One Time Password (OTP)
        Step 7: Once you have successfully added a payee, then choose the Payee
        Step 8 : Select the transfer mode (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS)
        Step 9 : Fill the amount and proceed further
        Step 10: Enter One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number and submit
        SC Mobile
        Step 1: Login to SC Mobile
        Step 2: Select ‘Transfers’ from the left-hand side menu
        Step 3: Go to “Transfer to my payees” , then choose the payee
        Step 4: Select the transfer mode (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS)
        Step 5: Fill the amount and proceed further
        Step 6: Enter One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number and submit

      If you do not have any payees added then, you can either click on add a payee and fill in required details to add a payee.

      Alternatively, you can also do a One Time Transfer or transfer funds through Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

        Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
