Standard Chartered Prime account Offer : Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer: Existing credit card client is eligible to earn 2000 reward points on the credit card, if the client opens a new Standard Chartered Prime savings account during the Offer Period, meets the spends criteria and maintains the Minimum Average Balance (MAB) as more particularly mentioned hereinbelow in Offer Details.
    3. Offer Period: March 01, 2021 (12:00:00 AM) to May 31, 2021 (11:59:59 PM).
  2. Offer Details
    1. Existing Client holding a Bank credit card shall be eligible to earn 2000 reward points subject to following conditions being met
      1. Client Opens a new Standard Chartered Prime savings account with the Bank during the Offer Period; and
      2. Client makes at least a minimum spend of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) on the Bank Credit Card within 60 days of savings account opening; and
      3. Client maintains a MAB as required on savings account within 60 days of savings account opening.
        For the purpose of illustration, If the client has opened a savings account in October ’2020 then the client needs to maintain Minimum Average balance requirement by December ’2020 and spend a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) on the Bank Credit Card within 60 days savings account opening, to qualify for the offer.
    2. This Offer is valid only for Personal segment Bank clients, who have received the Offer communication from the Bank through email, SMS or banners on internet banking.
    3. 2000 reward points will be credited on the Credit card within 120 days of account opening.
  3. General Terms and Conditions
    1. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    2. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    3. The Offer is non-transferable.
    4. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    5. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
    6. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    7. By participating in this Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
