1. Definitions
a) Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
b) Offer: The Offer means “Qualified customer gets the below benefit basis the below slab :
– Qualified customer gets INR 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) worth Amazon voucher on using their Standard Chartered Credit Card for minimum INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) or more during the Offer Period”.
– Qualified customer gets INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) Amazon voucher on using their Standard Chartered Credit Card for minimum INR 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) or more during the Offer Period”. Details mentioned in clause 2
c) Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 20 Apr 2022 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 20 May 2022.
d) Qualified Customer: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of resident Standard Chartered Credit Card holders. Bank’s Credit Card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully qualified for the voucher by carrying out transactions that qualifies for the Offer.
e) NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this Offer
2. Offer Details
a) Qualified Customers have to transact using his/her Standard Chartered Credit Card during the offer period for minimum amount basis the below slab :

b) Qualified Customer would be eligible for either INR 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) OR INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) Amazon voucher on fulfilment of the Offer criteria mentioned in the table above.
c) Maximum of one Amazon voucher can be allotted during the Offer Period.
d) In the event a cardholder has multiple credit cards, voucher will be shared at a customer level. In other words, the voucher will not be allotted per credit card and will be allotted at a customer level only.
e) This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of the Standard Chartered Bank.
f) This Offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Landmark Rewards and Emirates credit cards.
g) Transactions made using the credit card to purchase insurance policies and/or jewellery and cash withdrawals at ATM’s will not qualify to meet the spends criteria.
h) Qualified customers will receive the voucher within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period.
3. Communication of the Offer
a) The Offer will be communicated to cardholders via SMS and/or e-mailers on their registered mobile numbers and e-mail addresses only.
4. General Terms and Conditions
a) This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
b) The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
c) Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the cardholders that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
d) The Offer is non-transferable.
e) The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
f) All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
g) The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
h) In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
i) By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
j) The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
k) Standard Chartered Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
l) Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
m) Amazon voucher terms and conditions shall also apply.
