Debit Card Dining Offer : Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer: The offer means ‘Transact at least thrice during the offer period (min spends per transaction – INR 500) & get INR 250 cashback’ using their Standard Chartered debit card during the offer period.
    3. Offer Period: The offer period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 24 July 2020 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 15 Aug 2020.
    4. Qualified Customer: The offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s debit cardholders. Bank’s debit cardholders who have received the offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the offer will qualify for the offer.
  2. Offer Details
    1. Customer has to transact thrice (min spends of INR 500 per transaction) during the offer period using Standard Chartered credit card.
    2. Each cardholder would receive a maximum cashback of INR 250 on qualification of the eligibility criteria as part of this offer.
    3. In case the cardholder cancels any transactions due to which he/she has qualified for the cashback, then those transactions will not be considered in the calculation of the additional reward points.
    4. This offer is applicable only for debit cardholders who have received this communication.
    5. Non-resident Indian Bank account holders are not eligible for this offer.
    6. Qualified customers will receive the offer benefit within 60 days from the date of the end of the offer period.
    7. Queries related to fulfillment of this offer would be entertained only till 31 August 2020.
  3. Communication of the Offer
    1. The offer will be communicated to select set of Bank debit cardholders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.
  4. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered All details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (https://www.sc.com/in/).
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the offer up to the date of expiry of the offer.
    3. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary.
    4. The offer is non-transferable.
    5. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason.
    6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
    7. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    8. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the offer communication.
    9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified.
