GOQii Vital 3.0 Band Offer for Credit Cards – Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
a. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India
b. Offer: The offer means Qualified Client gets a GOQii Vital 3.0 band on using Banks credit card to buy goods and services for a minimum of 5(five) transactions of INR 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each during the Offer Period.
c. Offer Period: 24 June 2022 12:00:00 AM to 31 July 2022 12:00:00 AM.
d. Qualified Client: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of resident Bank credit card holders. Bank’s credit card customers who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully qualified t by carrying out transactions on the Bank credit card will qualify for the Offer. Banks credit card customers having a NRE and/or NRO accounts with the Bank will not be eligible for the Offer.

2. Offer Details
a. Qualified Client must transact using the Banks credit card to buy goods and services for a minimum of 5(five) transactions of INR 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each during the Offer Period.
b. Qualified Client will be eligible for a GOQii Vital 3.0 band on meeting the Offer criteria mentioned in the Offer communication during the Offer Period.
c. Maximum of one watch per customer/client will be allotted during the Offer Period.
d. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of the Standard Chartered Bank.
e. This Offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Landmark Rewards and Emirates credit cards.
f. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card:
ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
g. Within 90 working days from the end of the Offer Period, the Bank will send the GOQii Vital 3.0 band to the registered mailing address of the Qualified Client meeting the Offer terms.

3. General Terms and Conditions:
e. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
f. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
g. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the cardholders that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
h. The Offer is non-transferable.
i. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
j. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
k. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
l. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
m. By participating in the Offer, the cardholders agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
n. The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
o. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.

4. Additional Terms & Conditions
a. The Offer product (GOQii Vital 3.0 band) is offered at the sole discretion of the Bank and is liable to change without notice. The Bank reserves the right to supply alternative products or services of similar quality or price.
b. This Offer is not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
c. Delivery of Offer product (GOQii Vital 3.0) will be made only to domestic addresses which are within the delivery limits specified by the primary courier of the Bank. Product delivery and shipping can only be done within India.
d. The Qualified Client authorises the Bank to send the products through speed post service of India Post in case the addresses fall outside the deliverable area, as specified by the primary courier of the Bank.
e. If the product received is damaged or incomplete, the Qualified Client must raise a complaint to the Bank within two (2) days of receipt of the product with the images of the damaged product. Post internal investigations, if the claim is genuine, Bank shall initiate dispatch of new product (at no extra courier charges to the customer).
f. The Bank is not responsible for the quality and performance of the Offer product (GOQii Vital 3.0). Any issues or complaints with respect to the quality or performance of the Offer product (GOQii Vital 3.0) should be taken up with the manufacturer of the product only.
g. The replacement product will be delivered within 30 working days from the time the request is made.
h. If the order is returned undelivered due to incorrect address available with the Bank, the Qualified Client is required to update the address first with the Bank, before a redispatch request can be taken.
