Terms and Conditions for MakeMyTrip Offer

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer:The Offer means Qualified Customers are eligible for instant discount benefit for bookings done on Makemytrip / GoIbibo website or mobile application during the Offer Period using their Standard Chartered Bank credit card EMI transaction as below:
      1. Flat 10% discount on domestic flight bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only).
      2. Flat 8% discount on international flight bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
      3. Flat 12% discount on domestic hotel bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only).
      4. Flat 15% discount on international hotel bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) on select hotels. Flat 10% discount (subject to a maximum of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) on all other hotels.
      5. Up to 30% discount on booking Holidays (subject to a maximum of INR 35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only).

      Offer 1.b.v is applicable only on Makemytrip app / website.

    3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 15th October 2022 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 30th October 2022
    4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to all resident Standard Chartered credit card customers. NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit card will not be eligible for the Offer.

    1. Qualified Customer must transact using the Standard Chartered credit card at Makemytrip / GoIbibo website or mobile application during Offer Period and opt for EMI option for that transaction.
    2. Under the Offer all Qualified Customers (“Cardholders”)can avail instant discount on domestic and international flight bookings, domestic and international hotel bookings and holiday bookings as follows:

    1. This Offer is available only for Standard Chartered Bank credit card holders on EMI transactions.
    2. Each Qualified Customer will be entitled to only 1 transaction per card per product during the Offer Period.
    3. This Offer is valid only on online confirmed transaction on domestic and international flights, domestic and international hotels and holiday bookings (only for Makemytrip) made through Makemytrip / GoIbibo website or mobile application.
  1. How to avail the Offer
    1. Bookings need to be made on Makemytrip / GoIbibo website or mobile application.
    2. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion from Standard Chartered Bank.
  1. Communication of the Offer
    1. The Offer will be communicated to Customers through SMS or Email on their registered mobile numbers or email addresses.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    4. The Offer is non-transferable.
    5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
    7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    9. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by Makemytrip / GoIbibo.
    10. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
    11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
