1. Definitions
   1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India.

2. Offer: The Offer means Qualified Customers are eligible for instant discount benefit for bookings done on GoIbibo website or mobile application during the Offer Period using their Standard Chartered Bank credit card EMI transaction as below:

2.1 Flat 10% discount on domestic flight bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only).

2.2 Flat 8% discount on international flight bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

2.3 Flat 12% discount on domestic hotel bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only).

2.4 Flat 15% discount on international hotel bookings (subject to a maximum of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) on select hotels. Flat 10% discount (subject to a maximum of INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)) on minimum booking of INR 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) on all other hotels.

The Qualified Customer must use the promo code XXXXXX at the time of payment or check out on GoIbibo website or mobile application to avail of the Offer.

3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 4^th February 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 13^th February 2023.

4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to all resident Standard Chartered credit card customers. NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit card will not be eligible for the Offer.

3. This Offer is available only for Standard Chartered Bank credit card holders on EMI transactions.
4. Each Qualified Customer will be entitled to only 1 transaction per card per product during the Offer Period.
5. This Offer is valid only on online confirmed transaction on domestic and international flights, domestic and international hotels made through GoIbibo website or mobile application.

3. How to avail the Offer
   1. Bookings need to be made on GoIbibo website or mobile application.
   2. At the time of payment or check-out, Qualified Customer needs to use the promo code: XXXXXXX.
   3. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion from Standard Chartered Bank.

4. Communication of the Offer
   1. The Offer will be communicated to Customers through SMS or Email on their registered mobile numbers or email addresses.

5. General Terms and Conditions
   1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
   2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
   3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
   4. The Offer is non-transferable.
   5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
   6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
   7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
   8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
   9. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by GoIbibo.
   10. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
   11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
