Terms and Conditions – POS/Merchant EMI Offer with Poorvika Mobiles

Definitions

  • Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  • Offer:
  • All Standard Chartered Credit card holders are eligible for upto 5% cash back on EMI transactions at Poorvika Mobiles select offline stores & Poorvika Mobiles online platform i.e www.poorvikamobile.com.
  • Minimum transaction amount – Rs 10,000
  • Maximum cash back cap per card – Rs 1,500
  • Applicability – EMI transactions
  • Offer validity – Offer is valid from 22nd Jan2021 to 28th Feb2021
  • Offer applicable only on Pine Labs enabled POS/merchant terminals or online website
  • Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit card holders.
  • A Cardholder can avail Cash back on all product purchases at Poorvika Mobiles stores & Poorvika Mobiles online platform i.e www.poorvikamobile.com using STANDARD CHARTERED BANK Credit Card during the offer term.
  • Offer valid on merchant EMI transactions only, placed at time of purchase.
  • Cardholders are requested to preserve the chargeslip copy of their transaction until cash back is reflected into their individual account. Product category and applicable cash back to be verified at merchant outlet, before purchase.
  • Offer can be availed Only once per card during the offer period (both channels included i.e online & offline)
  • This Offer cannot be availed / clubbed with a no-cost equated monthly installment (EMI) promotion, if any, on the Product. In other words, if no-cost EMI promotion is being availed by the Cardholder on the Product, then the Cardholder will not be eligible for this Offer.
  • Only Credit Card EMI transactions are eligible under the offer. Any additional cashback given by the manufacturer brand will not be applicable on such transactions.
  • NRE Account Holders will not be eligible for the Cash Back
  • In case of cancellation of your order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility.

Offer Details

  • Customer has to transact using his/her Standard Chartered Credit Card at Poorvika mobiles stores only on Pine Labs enabled PoS terminals or online purchases at https://www.poorvikamobile.com/
  • Valid only on EMI tenures – 3, 6,9,12,18 and 24 months
  • The Cash back under this Program shall be credited in the account of the Cardholder after 90 days from the offer end date.
  • Eligible cash back amount will be printed on the transaction chargeslip. Any transaction wherein the chargeslip does not reflect the cash back amount, transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank
  • Kuch Bhi on EMI terms and conditions will be applicable as published on https://av.sc.com/in/content/docs/kbe-tnc.pdf

  • Add the required products to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Select “CCAvenue” on payment method
  • For EMI Transaction, select EMI options tab and select the tenure and complete the payment.

Communication of the Offer

  • The Offer will be communicated to customers through -emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only

  • The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
  • Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
  • The Offer is non-transferable
  • The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
  • All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
  • The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
  • In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
  • By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
