Truefitt&Hill Offer for Priority Clients – Terms and Conditions

Offer details and Fulfilment

Definitions

Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India

Offer: The Bank’s Priority clients will get an INR 2,500 Truefitt&hill complimentary e-voucher. The e-vouchers are unconditional, will be valid for 3 months, and can be redeemed at any of T&H outlet across India for a complimentary signatures service out of the below mentioned services

  • Royal Haircut
  • Royal Shave
  • Royal Manicure
  • Royal Pedicure

Offer Period: Period commencing from 00:01 hours on 15 March 2021 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 31 Dec 2021. Client can request for the e-voucher anytime during the offer period. Once the e-voucher is issued to the client, it will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Qualified Client: The offer is applicable to all Priority banking clients.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The offer is valid for all Priority clients
  2. Clients will receive a communication from the Bank regarding the offer. Once Client expresses interest in receiving the e-voucher, it will be emailed to him on registered email ID by the date mentioned in the communication.
  3. Once received, the e-voucher will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance. Client must avail the e-voucher within the validity period.
  4. E-Vouchers are valid on all days of the week.
  5. To avail the e-voucher, the Client must make prior reservation at Truefitt&hill, and share the e-voucher number while making the reservation.
  6. Royal Suite booking is subject to availability and may have to be shared during high demand.
  7. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  8. The e-voucher is one-time use and is to be availed by only one person at a time.
  9. Client with more than one e-voucher can avail it at a minimum gap of 3 months
  10. E-Voucher to be availed of service only, no exchange or barter for products will be served in redemption of the e-voucher.
  11. E-Voucher can be availed only in validity period mentioned on the E-voucher. No extension will be granted post the expiry date under any circumstances.
  12. T&H offers services at select locations in India. Clients can view the list of locations at https://www.truefittandhill.in/
  13. The E-voucher unique code has to be presented along with the e-voucher image in order to avail the complimentary service. If not, the client will be charged for the same.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this
  3. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
  4. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
  5. The offer is non-transferable.
  6. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
  7. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products delivered by Truefitt&Hill even if, the customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
  8. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements for the results of the offer. The Qualified Clients shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only.
  9. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  10. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
  12. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
  1. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on https://www.truefittandhill.in/

Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on https://www.truefittandhill.in/, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
  3. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from Truefitt&Hill and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products
  4. Under no circumstance will the offer/Instant Discount being offered under this program be settled in cash
  5. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English
  6. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the program
  7. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis
  8. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with https://www.truefittandhill.in/ and Standard Chartered Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same
  9. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
