RD campaign: Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.

Client/s: Resident Indian client refers to a retail, premium or priority client holding a savings account with Standard Chartered Bank in India

2.0 Offer: Clients who have booked RD (Recurring Deposit) of INR>=5000 (Rupees Five Thousand/ or more) for a tenure of 1 year (365 days) during the offer period 1st December’23 to 31st December’23 will be eligible to get 700 (Seven hundred) reward points, customers can redeem this reward by going to the SC360 Reward Portal through Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.

Transaction:
Booking of RD via online banking, mobile banking, branch banking and the call centre.

3.0 Offer Details
Offer Duration: 1 December 2023 – 31 December 2023
3.1 Open an RD of INR=>5000 (five thousand / or more) for a tenure of 1 year through internet banking/mobile banking, call centres and branches and get 700 (seven hundred) reward points.

3.2 Only select* customers holding an existing savings account with Standard Chartered Bank in India are eligible for this offer.

To illustration:
During the offer period, if a client opens an RD of INR 6,000 (Rupee Six Thousand or more) for a tenure of 1 year through online banking, the client will still be eligible to earn only 700 (Seven hundred) reward points.

3.3 This offer is available to Standard Chartered India Bank clients who have received the offer communication from the bank through email, SMS or banners on internet banking, SCB branches and call centres during the campaign period 1st December’23-31st December’23.

3.4 The Reward points will be credited to the clients account after 60 days of campaign completion (starting 1st March 2024 and before 2nd April 2024)
The Reward points will be displayed in the debit card section of the 360 rewards portal)

3.5 Recurring deposits can be opened in any mode (online / mobile, call centre and branch).

3.7 Clients can redeem their reward points through the 360 Rewards portal, which can be accessed via Internet banking and mobile banking.

4.0 General Terms and Conditions

4.1 Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer. The bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.

4.2 Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to be on a voluntary basis.

4.3The offer is non-transferable.

4.4 The offer shall not be available where prohibited by law and/or cannot be made for any reason.

4.5 All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

4.6The bank is under no obligation to make any public announcement regarding the outcome of the offer. The decision of the bank will be final and binding in all matters relating to the offer.

4.7By participating in this offer, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.

4.8Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the participants, shall be solely borne by the participants.

4.9 Queries and complaints for the campaign should be shared on or before 29th
February 2024.
