    2. Offer:Banks Priority banking clients holding the Banks Visa Infinite credit or debit card are eligible for a flat 15% discount on room rates at Postcard Hotels for bookings made using the Banks Visa Infinite credit or debit card at https://www.postcardresorts.com during the Offer Period. To avail the discount, a promo code: STANCVIP must be used at the time of checkout on https://www.postcardresorts.com.
    3. Offer Period: The Offer is valid for bookings made from 01 September 2022 to 15 December 2022, and for stay period anytime between 01 September 2022 to 15 December 2022.
    4. Priority Banking Client:The Offer is applicable to all Priority banking clients, holding Visa Infinite debit or credit cards.

    1. The Offer is available only for Priority Banking Clients.
    2. Priority Banking Clients will receive a communication from the Bank regarding the Offer.
    3. The Postcard Hotels shall offer 15% discount on the best available room rates at https://www.postcardresorts.com to Priority Banking Clients.
    4. Priority Banking Clients can avail the discount by making a reservation at https://www.postcardresorts.com and using promocode STANCVIP at the time of checkout. The discount is available only if the payment for the booking is made using the Banks Visa Infinite credit or debit card during the Offer Period.
    5. This Offer is applicable on a maximum of two rooms per booking.
    6. The Offer is subject to availability of rooms.
    7. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
    8. The Offer is applicable only when booking on https://www.postcardresorts.com.
    9. The Offer also includes a) Savour complimentary all-day breakfast b) Anytime check in and check out and c) Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink from a choice of regional and signature beverages
    10. The applicable government taxes and charges for meals and other discretionary service charge are to be born by the Priority Banking Client and the Offer is not available on the same.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer.
    3. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    4. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
    5. The Offer is non-transferable.
    6. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    7. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services at the Postcard Hotels even if, the Priority Banking Client approaches the Bank for resolution of the same.
    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    9. By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
    10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Priority Banking Client due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Priority Banking Client.
    11. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
    12. Nothing expressed or implied in the Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on a href=”https://www.postcardresorts.com”>https://www.postcardresorts.com.
    13. Pictures of the property or products shown in the communication sent to the Priority Banking Clients either through mailers or advertised, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual property or products at Postcard Hotels. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
    14. Bookings of rooms at Postcard Hotels are subject to availability from Postcard Hotels and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of rooms.
    15. Under no circumstance will the Offer be exchanged for cash.
    16. Priority Banking Clients are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer.
    17. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
