VISA Fulfilment – Terms and conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer: The offer means “Use your credit card to transact at least once during the offer period and get as more specifically described in Clause 2 hereunder.
    3. Offer Period: The offer period was commenced from 10th September 2021 and was extend upto 30th September 2021.
    4. Qualified Customer: The offer was only applicable to a select set of Standard Chartered credit card holders. Bank’s credit card customers who had received the offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully qualified for the reward by carrying out transactions that qualifies for the offer.
  1. Offer Details
    1. Customer had to transact online (min spends of INR 250 per transaction) during the offer period using Standard Chartered credit card.
    2. Customer would be eligible for 3 months subscription of Zomato Pro, 10 vouchers (5+5) of Myntra and Ajio, of Flat 15% off capped to Rs.300 on a minimum billing of Rs.2,000 on fulfilment of the offer eligibility criteria.
  1. Communication of the Voucher codes
    1. The voucher codes and their validity will be communicated to customers through – emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only.
  1. Steps to Redeem
    1. Customer clicks on the VISA redemption website: https://activationoffer.thriwe.com/ shared via SMS and Email.
    2. Customer further fills the required details asked/mentioned in the website page along with the Promo code which was shared via SMS + Email.
    3. Once details are provided customer will receive Voucher codes via SMS and further redemption process on their provided/registered email ID.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the offer are available on the bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer.
    3. The offer is non-transferable.
    4. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
    5. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
