Definitions

1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers who have successfully spent a minimum of US$ 2023 or equivalent in foreign currency using their Standard Chartered Cards during the Offer Period shall be entitled to a maximum cashback of INR 2023 (Two Thousand Twenty-Three Rupees Only).
3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 25th May 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 25th July 2023.
4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to select Standard Chartered Credit Card clients who have received the Offer communication from the Bank through email or SMS
5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this offer

Offer Details

1. Customer will be entitled for INR 2023 cashback if they use their Standard Chartered credit card for international spends in foreign currency
2. A Qualified Customer will be eligible for INR2023 cashback with minimum total international spends of US$ 2023 or equivalent in foreign currency during the offer period.
3. A customer can receive a cashback of maximum of INR 2023 (Two Thousand Twenty-Three Rupees Only) through this offer.
4. Offer is applicable only on Visa credit card
5. In the event of a cardholder having multiple Credit Cards, for the purposes of this Offer under no circumstance will the cashback exceed the maximum limit of INR 2023 (Two Thousand Twenty-Three Rupees Only)
6. Only transactions done in foreign currency will be applicable for this offer. Transaction in INR will not be considered for this offer.
7. Domestic transactions, Transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card.
8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
9. This Offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Ultimate, Emirates and Landmark Rewards credit cardholders.
10. Qualified Customers will receive the cashback within 90 days to the card from the end of the Offer Period.

Communication of the Offer

1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit Card holders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website(www.sc.com/in).
2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
4. The Offer is non-transferable.
5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
10. The offer is subject to all applicable acts, rules, regulations stipulated by statutory authorities of India.
