Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive an Amazon voucher worth INR 500 by making 4 retail transactions of minimum INR 1,000 each using their Standard Chartered Credit Card during the Offer Period. Exclusions mentioned in offer details.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 1 July 2024 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 31 July 2024.
  4. Qualified Client: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit Card holders. Bank’s Credit Card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the benefit under the Offer.
  5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this offer.

Offer Details: 

  1. Customer must transact using Standard Chartered credit card during the offer period.
  2. Customer will be entitled for Amazon voucher worth INR 500 if they use their Standard Chartered credit card by making 4 successful transactions of minimum INR 1000 each.
  3. Customer would be eligible for only one Amazon voucher worth INR 500 on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria.
  4. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  5. This Offer is applicable on Standard Chartered DigiSmart, Smart and Ultimate credit cardholders.
  6. In the event of a cardholder having multiple Credit Cards, for the purposes of this offer, under no circumstance the customer will receive more than one Amazon voucher worth INR 500 upon consolidation of the transactions across all the Credit Cards of the cardholder.
  7. Qualified Customers will receive the voucher via SMS within 90 days to the card from the end of the Offer Period.
  8. Customers will be entitled for an Amazon voucher only once during the offer period.
  9. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card: ATM cash withdrawals, wallet transactions, rental payments, gift cards, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals (within 60 days) or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
  10. Closed and blocked cards will not be considered for offer fulfillment.

Communication of the Offer 

  1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit Card holders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website(www.sc.com/in).
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
  3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable.
  5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
  6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
  9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
