Terms and Conditions – Zomato instant discount Offer

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India.
    2. Offer: The offer is open to resident Standard Chartered credit and debit card clients who are eligible for a flat INR 125/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty-five only) instant discount on select restaurants and flat INR 75/- (Rupees Seventy-five only) instant discount on other restaurants on a minimum order value of INR 499/- (Rupees Four Hundred Ninety-nine only) on Zomato mobile application and website during the Offer Period using the Bank’s credit or debit card. The promo code: SCBFEAST must be used while making payment or while checking out to avail the instant discount.
    3. Offer Period: Offer shall commence from 00:01 hours 25 January 2023 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 30 January 2023.
    4. Qualified Client: The Offer is applicable to all resident Standard Chartered credit and debit card customers. NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit and debit card will not be eligible for the Offer.

    1. Qualified Customer must transact using the Bank’s credit or debit card only at Zomato mobile application or website.
    2. To be eligible for the discount, the Qualified Customer must make a minimum purchase of INR 499/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-nine only) during the Offer Period on Zomato mobile application and website using the Bank’s credit or debit card. The promo code: SCBFEAST must be used while making payment or while checking out to avail the instant discount.
    3. Each card holder would be entitled to 1 transaction per card under the offer period
    4. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
    5. Each Qualified Customer will be eligible to receive a maximum discount of INR 125/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty-five only) on select restaurants and INR 75/- (Rupees Seventy-five only) on other restaurants per Bank credit or debit card during the Offer Period.

    1. The Offer may be communicated to Qualified Customers through -emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number.

    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

    6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.

    10. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by Zomato.
    11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
