Simple, hassle-free and secured digital banking services that allow Standard Chartered customers to perform banking transactions and services through Online Banking, SC Mobile and SMS Banking anywhere and anytime of the day.

For Instant Registration, you will need the following:

1. A mobile phone number is already registered with the bank. You will need this to receive a temporary password.

2. One of the following: a) ATM/Debit Card and PIN; b) Credit Card and Card details

If you do not have enough information as detailed above to complete Instant Registration, please visit one of our branches or complete an Online Banking application form to register for Online Banking or SC Mobile.

Online Banking: To use this service, you must have at least a transactional, investment, card or loan/financing account with Standard Chartered.

SMS Banking: SMS Banking service is open to all customers holding current, savings or credit cards with personal or joint-alternate account relationship with Standard Chartered.

Log in to SC Online Banking or SC Mobile, then go to “Help & Services” to raise a Service Request online. For more details, you may refer to:

Ensure that you have a PC with the required configuration.

Ensure that you have received the Internet Banking Temporary ID either through our Phone Banking agent or branch, depending on how you registered.

Make sure that you have received your Temporary Password via SMS. Visit Standard Chartered Bank website at www.sc.com/my. Then, select “Login to Online Banking”.

Once you see the Login Page, click on ‘First time login or re-registration’ link. Proceed to accept Terms and Conditions.
At First Time login Page, Key in your Temporary ID and Temporary Password.

Upon successful authentication, you will need to create a new username and password.

You will no longer require your Temporary ID and Temporary Password after successful creation of your username and password. The Temporary ID and Temporary Password are only required during first-time login or re-registration.

Standard Chartered Mobile Key is a virtual security token which securely authenticates your login and transactions without the need for One-Time Passwords via SMS.

Ensure your iOS or Android OS is updated to the latest available version for your phone. (Minimum version is iOS 9.0 and Android 8.0).
