How do I make a stop payment request for cheque issued from my account?
Follow the steps given below to place a request for stop payment of a cheque:
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Step 2: Select “Help & Services”
Step 3: Go to ” Account Management”
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and place a ‘stop payment’ request for a single cheque or for an entire cheque series.
