How do I change my address?
Follow the steps given below to change your address through: Online Banking
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
Step 2: Select “Profile” from the left hand side menu
Step 3: An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number
Step 4: Enter the OTP under the “Profile” tab, read the instructions on the screen and proceed to make changes to your address
SC Mobile
Step 1: Log in to SC Mobile
Step 2: Select “Update Profile Details” from the left hand side menu
Step 3: An SMS PIN will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number
Step 4: Enter the PIN under “Profile Details” tab, read the instructions on the screen and proceed to make changes to your address
