Hence, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking all the precautions to control the spread further, as we continue to assess the situation. Since, we are functioning with reduced staff, request you all to expect delays in response.
Since 1st December 2021 our branches are operational from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd & 4th Saturdays, bank holidays, holidays under NII act) except for the operational changes as listed below:

With the current rise in the COVID -19 cases, as an extra measure to safeguard your interest along with our staff members, effective 07th January 2022 we request you to carry your fully vaccinated certificate in the event you are required to access any of our Branches. Please be assured we will continue to serve all our customers.
We request you to be cautious while handling of physical currency notes as they may carry a risk of transmission. We encourage you to use digital channels for all banking transactions like Funds transfer, RTGS, NEFT, Bill Payments etc, which are available on online banking or SC Mobile.
