1. Definitions

• Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
• Offer: INR 250 BookMyShow voucher on each successful utility bill registration for Auto
  Pay/Standing Instruction during Offer Period + 10% cashback (up to INR 100 per month) for
  bills paid in next 6 months post registration.
• Offer Period: From 11 September 2018 to 31 December 2018.
• Eligible Biller Categories: Electricity, Gas, Telecom.
• Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to SCB VISA credit/debit card customers setting up a Standing Instruction for utility bill payments using “Online Bill Payments” service on sc.com/in for Eligible Biller Categories during the Offer Period.
• Non Eligibility: Registration and payments for any bills other than Eligible Biller Categories and using any channel other than Online Bill Payments – Standing Instruction service on sc.com/in will not be eligible for this Offer.

2. Offer Details

• The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 11 September 2018 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 31 December 2018
• Offer applicable for utility bills paid from SCB VISA credit/debit card using “Auto Pay” or
  “Standing Instruction” option registered via “Online Bill Payments” service on sc.com/in during Offer Period.
• Maximum cash back will be INR 100 per month per customer up to 6 months after registration.
• Utility bill payment categories covered: Electricity, Gas and Telecom.

3. How to avail the offer

i. Go to SCB India website (www.sc.com/in/)
ii. Click on “Online Bill Payments” link under “Services” section
iii. Login or sign up under “Register & Pay” with your email address and password
iv. Select your utility biller in the following categories: Electricity, Gas, Telecom
v. Set up Auto Pay/Standing Instruction by submitting your VISA credit/debit card details
vi.The utility bills will be paid from your credit/debit card automatically from the next billing cycle
vii. Cashback will be received in your credit/debit card within 60 days after end of each month.

4. Communication of the Offer

A. The Offer will be communicated to existing credit card customers through EDM and/or SMS on
their registered email address/mobile number.

5. General Terms and Conditions

• This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in)
• The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer.
  The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.

• The Offer is non-transferable
• The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
• All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/
  tribunals of Mumbai
• The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
  The Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Bank through Email or SMS only
• In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
• By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
  contained herein
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory
  authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
• If the qualified customer deactivates his SCB credit/debit card within 60 days after the
  beginning of Offer Period, the customer will be disqualified for cashback
