Definitions
1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
2. Offer: 7.5% instant discount up to maximum of INR 1,500 on minimum transaction of INR 12,000 on Amazon with Standard Chartered Credit cards EMI
3. Offer Period: Offer valid from 27^th to 31^th May 2022
4. Customers can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 1,500 per Card during the offer period
5. Qualified Client: The offer is applicable to Standard Chartered Credit Cardholders

Offer Details
1. Offer is applicable on Credit Card EMI transactions only
2. Offer is also applicable on No Cost EMI transactions
3. Client needs to make a minimum transaction of INR 12,000 to be eligible for the discount for Credit card EMI transactions
4. Offer is applicable on both Amazon website & app
5. Customer can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 1,500 per Card during the offer period. There is no limit on the number of transactions
6. EMI is applicable on 3,6,9,12,18,24 months tenure & rate of interest for each tenure will be visible at the time of checkout
7. Offer will be listed on the product page, for all eligible products. Please check before making a purchase.
8. This Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products:
  1. Grocery products
  2. Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non-Amazon branded).
  3. Prepaid phone recharges, DTH recharges, Bill Payments.
  4. Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program.
  5. Amazon Pay balance loading.

6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

8. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
9. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
