Terms and Conditions for 5x Reward points offer

Definitions:

1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive 5x reward points up to 5,000 reward points on their specific spends target as communicated through Email/SMS/Push notification.
3. The Offer is applicable on specific spends* using their Standard Chartered Credit Card during the Offer Period.
4. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 01 June 2025 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 30 June 2025.
5. Qualified Customers: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit customers, who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the benefit under the Offer.

Offer Details

1. Customer will be eligible for 5x reward points on using their Standard Chartered credit card for purchase spends.
2. Customer would be eligible for 5x reward points up to 5,000 reward points on fulfilment of the offer eligibility criteria which is unique spends target assigned to the customers communicated through Email/SMS/ Push Notification.
   This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
3. Qualified Customers will receive the reward points within 90 days to the card from the end of the Offer Period.
4. Any escalation related to the fulfilment of the offer will be considered till 31st October 2025 only.
5. Exclusions:
   1. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this offer.
   2. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card: ATM cash withdrawals (MCC-6010, 6011, 6012), wallet transactions/gift cards (MCC-6540) or transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
   3. This Offer is not applicable for Emirates, Ultimate, Digismart, Smart and Landmark Rewards credit cardholders.
   4. Closed cards/ Blocked cards will not be considered for fulfilment of the offer.

Communication of the Offer

1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit Card holders only through – Push Notification/ SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website(www.sc.com/in).
2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
4. The Offer is non-transferable.
5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
