  1. Definitions

    2. Offer:
      1. All Standard Chartered Credit card holders are eligible for instant discounts as stated in the table below only on Credit Card EMI transactions. To avail the offer, customers must enter the e-Coupon code mentioned in the tables below in the e-Coupon field
      2. Offer period: 1st July to 15th July 2022
      3. The instant discount offer is applicable only on 3, 6, 9 & 12 month tenures. No Cost EMI offer is applicable only on 3 & 6 month tenures
      4. The offer with MakeMyTrip is applicable on MakeMyTrip’s website, mobile site, Android & iOS mobile app
      5. The offer with Goibibo is applicable on Goibibo’s website, mobile site, Android & iOS mobile app
      6. Each card holder would be entitled to the offer only once per card in a calendar month during the offer period

    5. Non-Eligibility: NRE Account Holders will not be eligible for the cashback
    6. No other Standard Chartered Bank and MakeMyTrip / Goibibo offer can be clubbed with this offer
    7. Offer not valid on payments made directly at the hotel or through any other payment modes such as PayPal, gift card, wallet, Book Now Pay Later mode, Cash on Delivery (COD), net banking or on partial payments
    8. Offer not valid on “Multi-City Domestic Flights” made through “Multi-City” tab on MakeMyTrip / Goibibo website
    9. Offer valid only on ex-India flights i.e. flights departing from any Indian airport
    10. For hotels, discount to be calculated on property base price (pre-tax price)
    11. Offer valid on select hotels only
    12. For holidays, discount to be calculated on base fare (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees)
    13. goCash+ wallet balance usage not allowed for the offer
    14. Discount will be calculated on amount exclusive of convenience fee, insurance, zero cancellation protection, taxes and ancillaries fee
    15. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank
    16. In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer

    1. The Offer will be communicated to customers through emailers/SMS/website on their registered email address or mobile number only

    1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
    3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
    4. The Offer is non-transferable
    5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
    6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
    7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer
    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
    9. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
    10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder
